CLEVELAND, Miss. - The University of Montevallo baseball team (3-6) dropped its rematch with 14th-ranked Delta State University (4-1-1), 6-1. The Falcons only mustered one hit in the game and that came from junior Josh Dabbs (Hueytown, Ala./Hueytown) who hit a solo homerun in the fourth inning.
Junior Joe Prokop (Verbena, Ala./Chilton County) drew a pair of walks to lead the Falcons on the base paths. Junior Cameron Sokalski (Delta, British Columbia/North Delta) started the game on the mound for the Falcons going 3.0 innings while walking one and giving up just two hits.
