Falcons Dominate Stillman, 9-0

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Montevallo tennis team (6-3) took to the road against Stillman College and for the second-straight match won in dominating fashion, 9-0. The Falcons only dropped 12 of the 88 games played.

Juniors Alex Mangum (San Antonio, Texas), Emily Blackwood (Cullman, Alabama), Kristi Kelly (Tallahassee, Florida) and freshman Helene Nordgreen (Bergen, Norway) all picked up a pair of wins on the day while freshman Ashlyn Bolton (Chattanooga, Tennessee) won her singles match and picked up a double forfeit. Sophomore Kelley Vaughn (Hoover, Alabama) had an easy day on the court as she won two matches by forfeit.

The Falcons will return to the court at home on Tuesday, March 10 at 2:00 p.m. as they host Tuskegee University.
