Katy Handrick competes in her fourth season of competition with the Falcons. She will compete for playing time as an outside hitter.

2008: Lead the team in kills (353) and kills per game (2.82)... voted to the All-Tournament team at the Christian Brothers tournament... recorded seven double-doubles (kills and digs) on the season... ranked third on the team in service aces with 24 on the season... recorded a season high 18 kills against North Alabama in the second round of the Gulf South Conference Tournament...  helped Montevallo to upset Arkansas Tech in the first round of the Gulf South Conference Volleyball Championship... best match of the season was against Valdosta State University where she recorded 14 kills on a .303 hitting percentage, and 18 digs, which was her season high.

2007: Led team in kills and kills per game... second on team in digs per game... posted 11 double-doubles (kills and digs)... collected double figures in kills in 21 matches, including a personal-best 24 kills against Clark Atlanta... had double figures in digs in 13 matches, including a season-best 17 against Flagler... one of 11 Falcons named to Gulf South Conference Honor Roll.

2006: Third on the team in blocks per game and fifth on the team in kills and kills per game... posted double figures in kills in eight matches, including a season-best 14 against Alabama-Huntsville... also posted double figures in digs in 20 matches, including as season-best 20 against Ouachita Baptist... one of 11 Falcons named to the Gulf South Conference Honor Roll.

High School: Second Team All-Conference selection and recipient of the Dedication Award at De Pere High School.

Personal: Played for the Milwaukee Sting Volleyball Club in the spring and for the FC Elite Team for two seasons...a Biology Major at UM, Katy is the daughter of Mary and Steve Handrick.
