AUGUSTA, Ga. - Sophomore setter Anna Garrison (LaVergne, Tenn./LaVergne) of the University of Montevallo women's volleyball team (10-6, 2-0 PBC) was named Peach Belt Conference Specialist of the Week. This is the first PBC Specialist of the Week honor for both the team and Garrison.

Garrison averaged 10.73 assists and 3.18 digs per set as the Falcons went 2-1 on the week, including 2-0 to open PBC play. The freshman began with 49 assists, 11 digs and a pair of aces as UM fell in five sets to 18th-ranked West Florida. She then came back with 30 assists and 12 digs against UNC Pembroke and had 39 assists, 12 digs against Francis Marion, both sweeps for UM.
