Garrison Named PBC Specialist of the Week

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Sophomore setter Anna Garrison (LaVergne, Tenn./LaVergne) of the University of Montevallo women's volleyball team (16-12, 6-6 PBC) was named Peach Belt Conference Specialist of the Week. This is the third PBC Specialist of the Week honor for both the team and Garrison.

Garrison averaged 13.86 assists and 3.14 digs per set as the Falcons went 2-0 on the road. She opened with 38 assists and 11 digs at Francis Marion and followed that up with 59 assists, tied for second-most in a single match in the PBC this season, with 11 digs at UNC Pembroke. She also added two aces, two blocks and seven kills in the two matches. Currently leads the PBC and is ranked 41st nationally with 10.38 assists per set. She is also ranked 15th in the league in digs per set.

Garrison and the rest of the Falcons return to the court Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 7:00 p.m. as they travel to the University of West Florida.
