2009: Appeared in 103 games... tallied 185 kills, fourth on the team… recorded 552 total attacks, fourth on the squad… gathered 51 block assists, third on the team… best match was against UNC Pembroke where she recorded a season high 15 digs and 12 kills… was named a Bronze Scholar on the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll.
2008: Appeared in 48 games... best match of the year was against Kentucky Wesleyan where she recorded 9 kills and hit .250... helped Montevallo to upset Arkansas Tech in the first round of the Gulf South Conference Volleyball Championship.
2007: Appeared in 31 matches, starting in 20 matches... collected season-best six kills against St. Martin's... had double figures in digs in four matches, including a season-best 17 at North Alabama... one of 11 Falcons named to Gulf South Conference Honor Roll.
High School: First Team All-State selection at Providence Christian School... named to three All-Tournament teams... team captain... part of a team that competed at the Alabama 1A State Championships, advancing to Elite Eight in the 1A State Championships.
Personal: Also played basketball and soccer for her high school team... a biology major at UM, she is the daughter of Col. John and Donna Dowd... has seven brothers, John, Samuel, Benjamin, Timothy, Laurence, Theodore and Thomas and two sisters, Katie and Elizabeth... her mother, Donna, played volleyball at Rocky Point College and her father, John, played football at West Point.
