William Boyd is a freshman at the University of Montevallo.  He is majoring in kinesiology/health promotion.  He will assist the team in daily practices.  Will would like to coach volleyball in the future.  

Will graduated from Thompson High School in Alabaster, where he helped with his high school’s 6A volleyball team. Head coach and his mentor is Ellen Fleisher, former player at UAB.  Will, as a player, participated in an outdoor triples tournament and is planning on playing in more opportunities.
